Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across Pakistan. We are working on expanding to nearby regions soon.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–3 business days
• Other cities: 3–5 business days
• Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders across Pakistan. COD orders must be confirmed via a call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
